Business Transparency: How we operate?
As a small UK business, we handle every order ourselves — no dropshipping. We curate what we sell, pack orders with care, and stand behind everything we ship, so you receive exactly what you ordered and in the condition you’d expect.
To spread our logistics across two continents, we hold our best sellers in stock in both the UK and our warehouse abroad, managed by our co-owner Russel in Hong Kong. Less common products are sourced on demand from suppliers we trust, which keeps prices fair without warehousing slow-moving stock. Your order ships from wherever it’s in stock and closest to you — so the dispatch time shown on each product listing tells you whether it’s ready for same-day dispatch or needs a little extra time before shipping.
We also pride ourselves on providing the best customer support possible. When you contact us, you’ll always be speaking directly to one of the three people who run this business — no automated bots, no outsourced call centres, just real help from people who know and love the products we sell.

Magnetic switches change how you play. The PMO GP75 replaces standard metal leaf contacts with Hall Effect sensors, giving you total control over key actuation. You can adjust the Rapid Trigger sensitivity down to a 0.01mm resolution for near-instantaneous resets and precise directional control during competitive matches.
A 1.5kg CNC-machined 6063 aluminum case anchors the board to your desk. Inside, a gasket-mounted White Titanium FR4 plate and multiple layers of PORON foam absorb heavy keystrokes. You get a deep, refined sound profile without the metallic ping. When you want to modify the internals, a toolless ball-catch system lets you pop the case open in seconds without a screwdriver.
Match the board to your setup using the built-in TFT color screen, which displays live system stats or custom GIFs. Frosted polycarbonate keycaps complete the look, catching the RGB underglow while providing a textured grip.
